The Corn Exchange, Newbury are currently seeking a self-motivated arts manager with at least two years experience of managing a team. The ideal candidate will be well presented, with a confident and polite approach, and have a naturally positive outlook.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Front of House, with a particular focus on the box office functions and maximising the ticketing system, Spektrix.
This role is also the primary communication link with the steward team and the successful candidate will ensure the volunteers work effectively as part of the Front of House team in delivering the highest level of customer service while maximising income opportunities.
